What is it?
Entrepid Coach Consulting is an ongoing consulting process that uses the coaching methodology and then expands on it. Each month we engage in two 1-1/2 hour phone consultations on the most pressing areas of your business. In between consultations we will continue to work on those items as well.
This ongoing process of regular interactions allows us to focus on those things that are most important to your business’s success. It maybe that there are problems that need to be solved, or maybe you have opportunities in front of you that need to be taken advantage of quickly.
Every business has different problems and opportunities at any given time. The bottom line is that Entrepid Coach Consulting will help you make the best decisions to increase growth, profits, and cash flow.

Who is it for?
Entrepid Coach Consulting is designed for those companies, and their owners, who are either too small or too large for Entrepid CFO+.
Small companies who are not yet poised to become “something else” will benefit by having an experienced mentor to help them get to the transition more quickly.

Intensive Care Coach Consulting
Intensive Care Coach Consulting is designed for those businesses overwhelmed by large problems or great opportunities and where speed is critical. The basic elements are the same as Coach Consulting, but the delivery is accelerated.
Each week you and the Coach Consultant will engage in two 45-minute consultations by telephone. Intensive Care usually lasts for two to three months. This results in quick results and keeps momentum going. We focus on the most vital needs, with the biggest impact, and GET IT DONE NOW!
