What is it?

Entrepid CFO+ is dedicated senior financial and business leadership for your growing company. We set aside half-day blocks of time, usually totalling 2-4 days each month, to work on the things that are most vital to your success.

Unlike traditional consulting, this is a very hands-on service. Not only do we offer valuable business advice, but help you with the implementation as well. By having a senior business leader on your team, you get to concentrate on the things you do best to continue your company’s growth and profitability.

The Entrepid CFO+ relationship begins with a strategic review and examination of current business information infrastructure to:
